Did you forget to pay your Arizona taxes? Did you neglect to include all your income on your return? Have you discovered that you claimed a deduction or tax credit in error and now you don't know what to do?

You may be entitled to correct your errors with minimal harm. The Arizona Department of Revenue may even reduce your interest rate or penalties for the taxes you owe--under a newly announced amnesty program. You can find all the details and the forms for the Arizona Tax Amnesty Program here.

By the way, if you owe the State of Arizona back taxes, and you choose not to take advantage of this limited opportunity, the Arizona Department of Revenue has this to say: "Once the amnesty program is over, the department will mobilize its skilled audit teams and technological advances to find non-filers and under reporters to collect any money owed."
