Aside from oatmeal and a few select everyday dishes, I'm not much of a cook. Oh, I can follow a recipe pretty well, like the spicy cream cheese pinwheels I made a couple of days ago for a pot luck that we were invited to. That's where you come in! I have started a section at the Phoenix site uner the Food and Drink category where I include Southwestern-style recipes. Have a favorite salsa recipe? A special way you make margaritas? How about a festive salad or some bean dip? My goal is to include recipes that are not too technical or difficult--if I can make them, anyone can!
