Arizona Real Estate Guide Now Available

The Arizona Department of Real Estate has produced and has available booklet entitled, "Arizona Real Estate and You, A Consumer Guide." If you buy or sell real estate in Arizona, you now have one more resource at your disposal.
Chapters of the book include:
You may obtain a free copy at either the Department's Phoenix or Tucson office; or, by sending a 6" x 9" self-addressed, stamped envelope (1st Class mail $1.52) with your request to ADRE @ 2910 N. 44th. Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018; or, downloading a copy from the Department's web site.
The publication was made possible by funding from the Public Education Fund of the Arizona Department of Real Estate at no cost to Arizona taxpayers. Consumers should be aware that rules and laws pertaining to real estate are subject to change at any time.
