If you are buying a house, selling a house, dealing with agents, or just want to learn how the real estate process works in Arizona, this publication by The Arizona Department of Real Estate should be your first step. The Guide will be available at both the Tucson and Phoenix offices.

The Department's policy and fee for Arizona and You, A Consumer Guide will be as follows:
--1st copy no-charge to anyone
--1st five copies no charge to: Brokerages, Entities, Real Estate Schools and Developers.
--$1.00 fee for multiple copies above those initial copies.

The entire English version of the publication (93 pages) is available online.

You may obtain a copy by mailing ADRE a 6" x 9" self-addressed, stamped envelope with 1st class postage of $1.52. Mail it to:
