One of my favorite ways to spend a beautiful Spring day in the Valley of the Sun is to wander around the Tempe's Fall Festival of the Arts. Nationally acclaimed, the best and most creative vendors from far and wide are selected to participate in this semi-annual street fair in downtown Tempe. Bobbie Stearn of Sedona, Arizona (booth 1142) whose work is shown here, is the Festival’s Featured Artist.
