Phoenix Restaurant Inspections: The Obdurate and the Obliging

It has been such a busy month that I never got a chance to post the restaurant inspection results from the Maricopa County Environmental Health Services Division for the month of September 2006. Well, here they are! In September I only noticed 7 restaurants that had 7 or more major violations! The worst one had 11 violations! There were also hundreds that got gold stars with no major violations. So who were the worst offenders in September?
