The Insight Fiesta Bowl Block Party has been a long-standing tradition for ringing in the new year in the Valley of the Sun. The event offers a place for families to celebrate the New Year with interactive games for the younger kids and music and entertainment for adults. Food and beverage booths line the streets of Tempe as thousands of partygoers enjoy different elements of the Block Party.
The Insight Fiesta Bowl Block Party remains in downtown Tempe, and will feature 40 bands, performing from 4 p.m. to midnight. It's Arizona's largest New Year's Eve event on 11 stages. Third Eye Blind and Vanessa Carlton are the headliners, and will perform from the main stage at Tempe Beach Park where Arizona’s midnight countdown drop is scheduled to take place. There will also be two fireworks displays, one at 10 p.m. and the other at midnight.
