I don't know anyone who hasn't heard of the Food Network program Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri. As a matter of fact, Guy has traveled to our neck of the woods quite a few times, and those shows that featured restaurants in the Phoenix area are periodically repeated on the Food Network.
Another popular show on that network, FoodNation, visited 6 local spots during that show's run, although it is no longer on the air. It's quite an interesting selection of destinations, including the Arizona State Fair! I have no idea how or why he chose those destinations for a TV show, but the host of that show, Bobby Flay, has hosted seven shows on the Food Network, and has been featured on even more.
