The judges ruling sounds reasonable to me, so long as there’s no increased fire danger to the areas involved. Remember, anti-government and judical friends, Owls are good for the environment by keeping the rodent population down.
I was very interested in reading about the spotted owl but couldn’t because your advertisment covered it up.Please fix this problem so I can continue to read your news letters.

Hi Georgia,
I am not seeing any ad problem covering up this page. The ads change every time sometime clicks on a page, and, believe it or not, they are different for everyone. Without specifics it is impossible for me to track the problem.
By the way, occasionally we have “mouseover” ads, which means that if you moved your mouse over it, it opens up an ad on the page. Clicking off on a blank spot on the page usually closes it if you don’t see a close button.
Until I read the anti owl response to this article, I was thrilled to be visiting Scottsdale area next week and enjoying the natural habitat. What is the matter with these people. I find this hateful response frightening and violent . Such anger misdirected, I hope it is not turned against kid’s or pets. This person need help.
