Did you ever hear the song "Carefree Highway" sung by Gordon Lightfoot? Well, there really is a Carefree Highway, and there really is a Carefree, Arizona. Each year, the Thunderbird Artists put on an incredible festival called the Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival. This year will be the 10th anniversary of the event. It will take place on October 31st, November 1st & 2nd, 2003. Admission is free on Friday, $2 Saturday and Sunday. Join a few thousand of your friends and get to downtown Carefree, Arizona!
