Super Bowl Saturday Night in Tempe

Many of the streets surrounding Mill Avenue will be closed to through traffic, and more than 5,000 public parking spaces will be available in the Mill Avenue District. Use the following information about street closures, access, and parking in the Mill Avenue District to get around Tempe on that day.
Street Closures
All streets should re-open by 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 3, 2008.
The following streets will close at approximately 7 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2008:
Mill Avenue Bridges in both directions
The following streets will close at approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2008:
Mill Avenue north of 2nd St to Curry Road in both directions
Ash Avenue closed at 2nd Street in both directions
Rio Salado closed from Hardy to just east of Mill Avenue
No Parking Is Permitted On These Tempe Streets
Ash Avenue north 3rd Street starting at 2 p.m.
Mill Avenue north of 3rd Street after 2 p.m.
Paid Event Parking
Brickyard Garage – on the north side of 7th Street at Myrtle, one block east of Mill Avenue (592 spaces) - $10
Centerpoint Garage (P1) – on the east side of Ash on the northeast corner at University (587 spaces) – $10
Chase Garage Saturday & Sunday (P2) – on the west side of Ash on the northwest corner at University (987 spaces) – $10
Hayden Square Garage – on the south side of 3rd Street between Mill Avenue and Ash (252 spaces) - $10
Hayden Square Surface Lot – on the east side of Ash Avenue between 3rd and 5th (439 spaces) - $10
SunCor Garage – on the northeast corner of Rio Salado Parkway and Mill Avenue(1,360 spaces) – Price unknown.
