4. Castor Oil.Raw, natural, cold-pressed castor oil is a famous remedy for skin wounds. The oil soaks directly into the skin, and is an effective anti-bacterial agent. This is useful for snakebite wounds, which, if left untreated, may become infected from air-borne bacteria.I am using a castor oil pack on my foot (in a paste mixed with bromelain powder) applied twice daily.

5. Fresh Red Grapes.Grape juice fructose provides the most perfect known substitute for human blood glucose. Also, according to recent medical research, red grape skins increase the immune response in each human cell by some 60% to 80%.During a liquid fast, grape juice provides an easy-to-digest natural nutrient for the body.I buy 100% pure grape juice, at WalMart (the Sam's Choice brand) for $1.97 per 2 qt bottle.I normally drink about one gallon per week.I am currently eating about one pound of fresh red grapes daily, and drinking about one quart of WalMart grape juice per week.

6. Milk Thistle. All toxins must pass through the liver. This herb strengthens and rejuvenates the liver. It is available from health stores as a capsule,as a liquid tincture, and as an herb tea.I'm taking about three droppers full of themilk thistle tincture daily.

7. Yunnan Pai Yao.This is a famous herb used in China as asnakebite remedy.I'm taking two Pai Yao capsules daily.

8. Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E.Vitamin A helps repair all body linings--bothinternal organs and external dermis (skin).Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption. Vitamin Eprolongs and strengthens vitamin A by up to 500%.I'm eating about eight fresh baby carrots for vitamin A daily, and taking two 1000 IU vitamin E capsules daily.I will be eating raw hulled sunflower seeds again soon. They contain large amounts of natural vitamins A and D, plus many minerals.

9. Water-soluble vitamins B-complex and C.Vitamin B-complex protects and rejuvenates the nerves, central nervous system, and brain. Vitamin C neutralizes toxins, detoxifies the body, strengthens connective tissue, etc. There are numerous testimonials about mega-vitamin C saving the life of deadly Cobra bite victims, when given in 5-10 gram strength, immediately after fatal Cobra/asp/coral snake bites.I'm taking two 100 mg vitamin Bs and some six doses of 1000-mg (1/2 teaspoon) powdered vitamin C daily.

10. Water-soluble vitamins B6/B12/Folic acid.I'm taking several sublingual capsules (under the tongue), daily. Vitamin B12 helps increase the body's metabolism, to accelerate healing.

11. Zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iodine (via kelp). These minerals are essential for body tissue maintenance and tissue repair.Iodine increases metabolism, via the thyroid gland.I'm taking two mega multi-mineral pills daily.Plus zinc pills, and Bob Barefoot coral calcium.I will be eating raw almonds again soon. They are a strong, delicious source of natural zinc.

12. Sea Silver. I take about one tablespoon of Sea Silver liquid daily. It contains aloe vera, vitamins, minerals, and 5 ppm of colloidal silver in solution. Colloidal silver is a powerful anti-bacterial.

13. Chicken soup/broth.I'm drinking about 16 oz of chicken broth daily.

14. Digestive enzymes. I'm eating fresh baby carrots with the soup,to enhance/improve efficient digestion.

15. Laxative. Since I'm getting precious little exercise now,I'm taking some six prunes daily, for roughage.

16. Pure Water. The body is about 72% water, by weight.I'm drinking about two quarts of fresh Yarnell mountain water daily.
