Discounts on Admission to the Arizona State Fair

Super Saturdays
Fairgoers who enter between 10 a.m. and 11:36 a.m. on Saturdays receive one admission of equal or lesser value free with the purchase of a regular admission ticket. - 5 Before 5
Adult admission is $5 before 5 p.m. on Fridays, October 17, 24, and 31. - Student Discount Days
Wednesdays are Student Discount Days. When students show their student ID they get half price admission on Wednesdays, October 15, 22 and 29. - Armed Forces Day
Active military personnel and their families can enjoy the Fair for free on Friday, October 17 by entering through Encanto admission gate with their valid military ID. - Senior Day
On Wednesday, October 29 admission is just $2 for seniors. La Grande Wheel and Carousel rides are free to Seniors, too. - Weekday "Fair Fun Pack"
Available online only through midnight, October 5, 2008 the Fair Fun Pack gives 4 admissions and 8 rides for only $60. Fair Fun Packs can be redeemed only Tuesday through Friday during the Fair. - Halloween Boo Bundle
1 admission, 10 rides valid only on October 31, 2008. May be purchased online until midnight October 30, 2008. The Adult Boo Bundle can be purchased online for $15 or at the gate on October 31 for $18. The Child Boo Bundle is $10 online or $13 at the gate.
Discounts on Rides at the Arizona State Fair
- $1 Ride Wednesdays
October 15, 22, and 29. Ride tickets must be purchased before 7 p.m. - Read & Ride
Sponsored by ABC 15, children ages 5-14 will be rewarded with Fair ride passes if they read at least 3 books. Last year nearly 6,000 children read more than 17,000 books to earn ride passes during the 2007 Fair. Here is the form with the rules. - Unlimited Ride Wristband Days
Fairgoers can purchase date-specific wristbands in advance online up until midnight the night before a particular ride wristband day. Prices are $25 each for Tuesday, October 14; Thursday, October 16; Tuesday, October 21; Thursday, October 23; Tuesday, October 28; and Thursday, October 30. On Sunday, November 2 the wristbands cost $30 each.
