The Arizona Department of Transportation usually provides detailed motorist information, including any travel or road restrictions, for this event. Call 5-1-1, then *7. The call is free.
When is it?
Friday, July 4, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
What will happen?
There will be four stages of entertainment: the Country Zone will feature Shari Rowe, the Rock Zone will feature The Elevens, the Blues Zone will feature Leon's Juke Joint, and Radio Disney will be at the Kids Zone. In addition to the Kids Zone there will be a Water Zone, Sonic Foot Long Hot Dog Eating Contest (pre-registration required) and other family-friendly activities. Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15 p.m.
What does it cost?
Admission is $5 for those 13 and older, 12 and under are free. Some activities may have a fee. Free parking, but after 7 p.m. the lot may be full.
What else do I need to know?
First come, first serve, festival seating on the grass. Lawn chairs, blankets, and food are permitted to be brought in. No alcohol, glass containers, pets, bicycles or canopies. A Food Court is available for food and beer purchases.
