Thanksgiving doesn't always have to be about turkey, you know. You can find hundreds of simple turkey recipes on food packaging and in local newspapers. These Southwestern style entrees might be attractive to those of you who want to try something a bit different this year.

My Rating System: I have rated each recipe in this feature by how easy it looks to make. That includes finding the ingredients, understanding the instructions, and preparation. The scale is from one to four, one being the easiest looking recipe and four being pretty complicated. Remember, I haven't made these recipes; I'm hoping that you do and let me know how they were!
