If it has chorizo in it, I love it! Chorizo is a spicy sausage, commonly found in Mexican dishes. This dish looks very easy, and all the ingredients are available at any local grocery store. You basically have to be able to dice and chop. You can but the cornbread pre-made or make it yourself. This Cornbread and Chorizo Stuffing recipe is designed to be baked in a dish outside the bird.
