Recommended by a waiter at the Embassy Suites North Phoenix for the best seafood in town. Eleven of us and we got into a packed/jumping Pappadeaux's with minimal wait. Service was terrific, food, (blackened snapper!!) and other entrees was perfect. It was my sisters birthday and we even got help bringing in our own cake. We will go back, even from Gig Harbor, WA. This place would do well in the northwest.

My wife and i came to this site to see the reviews of the resteraunt. After reading I made a call to get reservations. I spoke to the rudest woman i have ever spoke to and was told that there would be no wait and they could get us in. We show up when I told the woman that we would show up only to find a line out the door. We go ahead and put our name on the list. I wanted to tell the manager so i asked to speak with him. The host in front of the counter was very very nice and got the manager very promply. The manager came to me I intoduced myself shook his hand and told him my story I just wanted him to know. After I told him about my expirence without saying anything else he promply walked away and said nothing to me I waited there a couple of min. and decided to just go someware else. I was not treated with respect nor did i see they had good service. that is why i gave it a 1 star. I will also tell everyine they know to never go there. Hopefully you do not go either.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The waiter was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. He did not hesitate to help us decide what we would like or describe the dishes for us. I found that very pleasing. I definately would go back again and recommend this place to everyone that loves seafood.

Great seafood. Used to go to the same chain in the Chicago area and love their seafood, especially the fried oysters, and their Cajun influenced foods as well as desserts. When we visited our son in Phoenix we took him and some friends for his birthday. Highly recommend if you enjoy seafood. Nice atmosphere too!

I have eaten at Pappadeaux restaurants in Houston and San Antonio. You can never go wrong with a top notch winner like Pappadeaux. I travel to the mid west frequently, and I'm never disappointed at the food, service, and atmosphere of any Pappadeaux restaurant. I have recommended this dining experience to all of my friend, relatives, and associates that need good food, good service, reasonable prices, and just about the best atmosphere anywhere. I wish you would come to Baltimore, I'd go broke.

I love Pappadeaux's however I have to say that I was very disappointed yesterday March 4 (Fat Tuesday). This was the actual Fat Tuesday and there was absolutely "no experience" no beads, no masks, no King cake and they didn't even have the music playing at lunch for those of us seated back by the restrooms couldn't hear it. Our waiter was the pits-- the food was great as always but a longgggg time coming. Next year I think I'll try Voodoo Daddy's or Baby Kay's.

I've been to Pappadeaux about a dozen or so times, and Red Lobster "USE TO BE" my favorite seafood place. Pappadeaux has great lobster, with their special wine butter, with lemon. The Wednesday special is the best deal in town when you can inhale about 10 or 11 of em, but even the single lobster on an off night is just delightful. I highly recommend Pappadeaux and since eating there, I've gone to Red Lobster once and will not be returning. My 1 or 2 trips a month to Seafood will be at Pappadeaux.
