People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.

Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Whatever! It's all for fun!

Date: December 2007 (Chandler, AZ) I would reccomend this restaurant to anyone, the Food is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu,If something is not prepared as you like they will will see to it that you get what you want..It is one of the best restaurants that I have been to in the area, and we dine out about 3 times a week.

I don't get what the hype about PF Chang is! I've been there a few times, and found, as a previous reviewer stated, that the dishes have a certain sameness to them, and are often greasy. No distinctive flavors. And the place isn't that cheap! Also the one in Tempe, anyway, is very noisy.

Yes the food is fresh and wonderful, but if you can't make the lettuce wraps, you must be an idiot. Sometimes food is a little salty, the service a little lacking, but is worth the wait and time. Food is definetely good. Portions aren't as big as they say they are either...unless you get rice.

(Troy, MI location) The food is totally delicious--not 'heavy' (oily) taste nor weigh down afterward. I would travel 1000 miles instead of traveling 55 miles to eat there! Appetizers are delicious especially the chicken stuffed lettuce. All the different entrees I have tried were delicious and the fried bananas for dessert where excellent. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the service...which was overall very good but had to package own leftovers and attitude (overly busy)of a couple wait persons stunk.

P. F. Changs is o.k. but I think it is overpriced with many dishes tasting too much alike. I think the food is somewhat greasy, and over-rated. Service is generally quite good. I think the "younger sibling" restaurant Pei Wei (with several Valley locations) is just about as good and more reasonably priced.
