Here is a listing of farmers markets in the greater Phoenix area. The growers are mostly organic and pesticide free, are local and the produce is vine-ripe, highly nutritious and tasty. In addition to produce, the farmers markets feature value added locally made food items such as jams & jellies, salsas, dips, baked goods of all kinds, herbs and handcrafts. Chef demonstrations occur at several farmers markets.

Many of the Arizona farmers markets are participating in a program that allows certain people to receive vouchers to purchase fruits and vegetables at approved farmers markets. Call first to see if the farmers market has been approved for the Farmer's Market Nutrition Program, or Food Stamps/EBT. To find out more about the Farmer's Market Nutrition Program program, go to the next page of this article.
