In 2010 the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies both played their last Spring Training Baseball seasons in Tucson, Arizona and moved, in 2011, to a new stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Cactus League stadium, training facilities and clubhouses at Salt River Fields are located on the west side of the Loop 101 at Indian Bend Road. Salt River Fields is actually located on Native American land.
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is the Spring Training Baseball home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. The Scottsdale Scorpions of the Arizona Fall League also play there. Scottsdale Stadium is located in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona, which is east of Phoenix.
