In 2010 the three teams that used to play Cactus League Baseball in Tucson moved to the Phoenix area. Starting in 2011, no Spring Training teams play in Tucson. There are other events and baseball games that take place at the Tucson baseball stadiums, so if that's where you are going, here is a map showing both Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium (formerly known as Tucson Electric Park, or TEP) and Hi Corbett Field.
