Survey For Local Band Profile

There are many bands and musicians entertaining in the Valley of the Sun. Incorporating all genres, some of these bands end up going on major tours, have record deals, and recordings that can be purchased. Other local bands entertain around town. If you are a musician or have a band, and you'd like your band profile to be included at the About Phoenix site, just complete this survey. I'll include a small photo of the band if you want to send me one via separate email.

There are some guidelines for having your profile published on About Phoenix:
1. Yours must be a band which is based on the greater Phoenix area.
2. No profanity in the profile responses.
3. Keep it short. I reserve the right to edit.
4. The band must have a web site (other than myspace) to which I can link.
