Monthly Owner Costs For Owners with a Mortgage

This refers to the amount of the monthly mortgage and costs paid by the owner occupying the home, if there is a mortgage on the home. The first chart shows the Arizona mortgage and expense statistics, and the second shows the mortgage and expense numbers for the country as a whole. At the end of each table there is a median expenditure value indicated. The median means that half the people in Arizona pay above that amount for their monthly housing expenses, and half the people pay below that amount.
