People just have to let me know. They go to a restaurant in the greater Phoenix area, and they either loved it or hated it--there's not much in between! I created these pages so that you, the visitors to About.com Phoenix, could have your say. As for the rating, one star is the worst, five stars is the best.
Now, a word of warning--every once in a while I'll get a review from someone who has a specific agenda in mind. A really bad review might be from a disgruntled employee. A really good review might be from the owner or manager. Unless I specifically mention that I have edited a review for some reason, you see the comments posted here exactly as I received them.

Lucky there was no charge for dirty plates, pieces of salad left on "clean" table and floor; unwashed mushroom slices and the most unapologetic manager in town. If you pay for "extras" make sure you get them..we didn't..Someone should get this place back on track...disappointed..

Check was presented with things on it I didnt order or approve. Management is fast to blame somneone else, staff also. Manager and president of Grimaldis not concerned with unfairness and customer dis-satisfaction. Pizza like cardboard and tasteless. NEW YORK PIZZA ON CHANDLER BLVD IN CHANDLER IS MUCH MUCH BETTER - better service and quality. Dont eat here you will be disappointed

(Scottsdale) I have eaten pizza at least once a week for 30 years and this was the worst pizza I have ever had. It wasn't burned, they didn't add the wrong ingredients it was just plain tasteless. The sauce was very bland, the toppings were very bland. It was the plainest tasting pizza I ever had. I see why people don't cook with coal any longer. Pizzeria Bianco has nothing to worry about, in fact Little Caesers has nothing to worry about it was just plain bad.

I had the heavenly experience to eat at Grimaldi's in Brooklyn in 2002 and was sooo excited to find out that they opened in Arizona. I live in California and was visiting the Phoenix area in May and thought how could the Grimaldi's in Arizona be as amazing as NYC? Well it was every bit as delicious. It was 112 and I almost melted on the way but it was worth it. In fact, I was only in Arizona for four days and ate dinner there twice. I said on the comment card that if God ate pizza it would be at Grimaldi's. That you for some of the best food I have ever eaten.

I visit Az 2 or 3 times a year. Being a native of Brooklyn, I know my pizza. Grimaldi's in Scottsdale is as good any I ever had in NY. I live on L.I. and wish they had a resturant here.
