THERE WILL BE NO JULY 4th/INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION HOSTED BY THE CITY OF AVONDALE IN 2009. CHECK BACK HERE NEXT YEAR FOR 2010 EVENT DETAILS.

Avondale is located in the southwest part of the metro area, and it is home to Phoenix International Raceway where NASCAR races are held each year.

Live entertainment, PIR track tours, kids zone, fireworks display. Food, refreshments and novelties are also available for purchase.

Admission is free. Parking is free. Food and rides cost extra.
