Avondale Fireworks Festival

THERE WILL BE NO JULY 4th/INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION HOSTED BY THE CITY OF AVONDALE. The last time the city hosted a 4th of July event was 2008. If they ever decide to reinstate the celebration, I will post details here.

Avondale is located in the southwest part of the metro area, and it is home to Phoenix International Raceway where NASCAR races are held each year. There are other 4th of July celebrations in the area. Check the Greater Phoenix 4th of July Celebration Index.

Admission is free. Parking is free. Food and rides cost extra.

What else do I need to know about Avondale's Fireworks Festival?

Seating will be in the bleachers. Chairs and blankets are allowed. Small coolers are allowed with plastic water bottles and food. No alcohol or glass containers. No pets allowed. No firecrackers allowed. For more information check online or call Avondale Parks and Recreation at 623-333-2400.
