Five finalists have been chosen to compete in the voting phase of the contest, which takes place from Wednesday, February 22 through Wednesday, March 21 with winners announced March 30, 2012.

More about 2-1-1: Community Information and Referral Services (CIR), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, brought 2-1-1 to Arizona in 2011 for easy access to information about and referrals to health and human services in Arizona. If an Arizona resident needs help with finding medical services, family services, financial assistance, legal support, substance abuse services, transportation, food or other services, they can call 2-1-1 to get help, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.
