This picture of an Argentine Giant Cactus with flowers was taken in Sun Lakes, Arizona. That's a community south of Phoenix near Chandler.
Argentine Giant Cactus

Argentine Giant (Echinopsis candicans). The flowers are typically large and white or off-white, with blooms lasting one or two days. It typically blooms in March through May in the Arizona desert. From the photographer: "These cacti were in full bloom in our Sun Lakes neighborhood last week, 4/7/2011."
