A locavore is someone who eats local. That means that they eat foods that are produced by independent farmers and ranchers. LocavoreAZ is an event where you can enjoy a multi-course meal, all created from local sources, paired with a local wine. LocavoreAZ dinners are held in natural surroundings around the state, often hosted by one of the farms or ranches.
