There is a unique building -- some say it resembles a wedding cake -- that sits atop a hill near downtown Phoenix, visible from the Red Mountain Freeway SR202 or Loop 202. After years of renovations that building and the surrounding garden opened for guided public tours in early 2012. It is the Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights.
