Admission is free for those age 3 and under and $3 for ages 4 through adult. Activity tickets are 5 tickets for $5, 15 tickets for $10, 25 tickets for $15. A Family Pack of 50 tickets is offered for $25.Tickets may be purchased in advance at these three locations between March 24 and April 4, 2008:
- Community Services Office, 90 E. Civic Center Dr.
- Gilbert Community Center, 130 N. Oak
- McQueen Park Activity Center, 510 N Horne St.
- Freestone Recreation Center, 1141 E. Guadalupe Rd.

Activities include slides, inflatables, climbing wall, carnival game corral, and a trackless train. There will be special performances by Doggies of the Wild West. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The public vehicle display includes Town of Gilbert service vehicles, including a fire truck, police and streets vehicles. The Town of Gilbert Expo will be staffed with members of various Town of Gilbert Departments providing community information.
