Stratum Lasertag in Mesa features a huge 13,000 square foot laser tag arena, as well as an arcade and a snack bar. It's a big, bright, clean facility that provides both family entertainment as well as corporate and organizational events.
There is minimal danger to be encountered while playing laser tag. Players are not allowed to run, and, unlike paintball, the 'guns' don't shoot anything other than an infrared light at the opponents. The point is to shoot at specific target areas of the vests worn by the participants, and to collect points for successful shots. There are some bonus areas in the arena itself that can score you some points if you are quick and a sharpshooter. It is a maze, but no one can get lost for very long!
You don't need any equipment of your own to play; the cost of the session includes everything you need. The artwork in the Stratum Lasertag arena is colorful and exciting.
