Foreign Driver License

What Kind of License is Required to Drive in Arizona?

By , About.com Guide

You may legally drive in Arizona using a valid driver license from another country. You do not have to have an International Driving License or Permit, but is helpful since it can be printed in English.

If an International Driving License or Permit is used alone, it must be issued by a country other than the United States.

Keep in mind that if you are renting a car in Arizona, the rental companies may require an International Driving License, or have other requirements.
