What is the 2014 Minimum Wage in Arizona?

In November 2006 the voters approved an increase in Arizona's minimum wage. At that time the minimum wage went from $5.15 per hour to $6.75 per hour. That initiative also called for a cost of living increase in subsequent years on each January 1st.

Ten other states besides Arizona have adopted annual inflation indexing for their minimum wages. They are  Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Vermont, Washington.

Effective January 1, 2014, Arizona’s minimum wage is $7.90 per hour.

Effective January 1, 2013, Arizona’s minimum wage is $7.80 per hour.

Effective January 1, 2012, Arizona’s minimum wage is $7.65 per hour.

Effective January 1, 2011, Arizona’s minimum wage is $7.35 per hour.

Effective January 1, 2009, Arizona’s minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.
