What doesn't taste better with bacon? This cold-weather coffee drink recipe is presented by Cave Creek Coffee Company in Cave Creek, AZ (closed in 2012).

Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 oz. Ghirardelli chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of bacon juice
- 1 block bacon infused chocolate bar
- Steamed milk
- Whip cream
- Garnish with two strips of well done bacon
Preparation:
1. Add 1 oz of Ghirardelli Chocolate, 1 tsp strained bacon fat, and 1 (1 inch bar) of bacon infused chocolate bar in a coffee mug.
2. Next, add 2 shots just brewed espresso
3. Steam milk to 160 degrees and add half to the mug
4. Mix together all ingredients; fill the mug up to one inch from the top with steamed milk.
5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with two crispy bacon strips
