June is the month when we recognize the our Dads. Some are family providers, some are best friends, some are our financial or emotional supporters. Giving your father a card or gift on Father's Day is nice, but spending time with him, if you can, is even more special. Father’s Day Barbecue to Go
A complete Father’s Day To-Go Barbecue feast is offered this year from the Friday Night Grill at bistro 24 Restaurant. The meal serves four to six people and will include marinated ribeye steaks, sliced rack of lamb, jumbo shrimp skewers, chicken breasts, an array of fully-prepared side dishes, and dessert. For guests wishing to celebrate the occasion at the hotel, Sunday la carte brunch will also be served at Bistro 24 on Father’s Day. Father-Daughter Afternoon Tea
Father-Daughter Afternoon Tea, a popular Phoenix tradition each June, is scheduled for this Father’s Day weekend at the Lobby Lounge in the The Ritz-Carlton. Memories are created over a cup of hot tea with finger sandwiches, warm scones and French pastries, while each daughter is presented with fresh flowers, and dads receive a framed photo of father and daughter. $35 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Fathers Day Rib Special at Chompie's
This year on Father’s Day, give dad a break from the BBQ and treat him like a king by bringing him in for a king-sized meal at any one of the three valley Chompie’s locations. Dad can feast on Chompie’s “All you can eat BBQ beef ribs special” with fries, coleslaw and corn bread. $12 per person.
