Cartwright's Thanksgiving feast features turkey, beef tenderloin or salmon and comes with a trio of appetizers, side dishes, and a trio of desserts. Appetizers include roasted pumpkin bisque with brioche croutons; Arizona greens with maple vinaigrette, red apple, Sonoran spiced walnuts and local goat cheese; grilled potato plank with buttermilk herb dressing, lump crab meat salad, pesto marinated cherry tomatoes and organic watercress. Featured desserts are pumpkin pie, pecan praline caramel glaze & spiced whip cream; warm spice cake, butterscotch apple chutney & candied pecans; white chocolate cranberry cheesecake with a gingersnap cookie crust.
