District American Kitchen & Wine Bar

Cost: $31 for adults, $15.50 for kids 12 and younger, and $15 for the 6 oz wine pairing
First course includes pumpkin soup with toasted pepitas, crispy bacon, and cinnamon crème fraîche. Second course includes roasted turkey with gravy, cornbread and Andouille stuffing, marshmallow yams, orangescented green beans, Yukon smashed potatoes and cranberry onions. Dessert is a chiffon pumpkin tart served with warm spiced cider. Add wine parings for each course for an additional $15. An a la carte menu will be available. El Chorro

A seasonal three-course prix fixe menu offering a choice of traditional classics like herb roasted beef tenderoin, organic turkey and pan seared Scottish salmon. Reservations available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. First course choose from: Butternut Squash & Granny Smith Apple Bisque or Waldorf Salad; main course choose from Organic Turkey with Corn Bread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Cranberry Chutney & Sage Gravy or Herb Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Gratin, Brussels Sprouts, Baby Carrots with Port Demi-glace or Pan Roasted Salmon with Corn Succotash & Endive Salad. For dessert, choose from Apple Cobbler with Oatmeal Crust & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or Pumpkin Pie or Bourbon Pecan Tarts with Chocolate Sauce. Meals includes handcrafted breads as well as the famous Sticky Buns.

elements presents a new American Thanksgiving with a four-course prix-fixe menu. Starter choices: butternut squash soup, honey 5 spice glazed kurobuta pork, duck & foie gras “masonjar”, poached organic egg, or roasted pumpkin & grilled vegetable strudel. Salad choices: braised cabbage salad, fennel & fuji apple salad, or local autumn greens. Main dish choices: traditional turkey dinner, braised beef shortribs, grilled veal chop, roasted halibut, or vegetable green curry. A three-course Thanksgiving dinner features a traditional menu: a starter of Sweet Potato Pie Soup or Baby Spinach Salad; a second course, served family style, of Oven-Roasted Free-Range Turkey with all the trimmings; pumpkin or pecan pie for dessert. Garden Court Restaurant at Scottsdale Plaza Resort

Cost: $43 per person, $22 per youth 13-18, $15 for children 6-12, children 5 and under are free.
Brunch includes a carving station serving brined herb-crusted turkey, garlic and oil rubbed roasted prime rib of beef with rosemary au jus, and country ham with lavender honey-apricot glaze. The cold buffet will offer seasonal fruit and cheese, along with assorted breads and famous pretzel rolls, and a salad bar including butter lettuce with toasted walnuts, pecans, pears and blue cheese crumbles. Holiday accompaniments will be served including: sourdough bread stuffing, baked mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese, green bean casserole, sweet potato soufflé and butternut squash bisque. Grill at TPC Scottsdale

Cost: $26 per adult, $13 per child 6-12, 5 and under free with a paid adult.
Guests may enjoy Thanksgiving in a classic clubhouse setting overlooking the famous 18th green of the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course. The Thanksgiving oven-roasted Diestal Turkey has a twist, with Kurobuta pork sausage, cornbread stuffing and Granny Smith apples, served with classic whipped potatoes, candied carrots, cranberry jam, stout gravy and a choice of pumpkin pie or warm apple cobbler. Serving from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
