Chefs from BOURBON STEAK, La Hacienda, The Grill at the TPC and Ironwood American Kitchen will each bring their own special culinary talents and themed menus to the brunch, so every member of the family can enjoy their favorites. Selections include deep-fried, oven-roasted turkey, mashed potato bar, Southwest omelets made-to-order, traditional tamales, prime rib carving station, house-smoked salmon and seafood, local organic salads and a variety of breakfast items, other fine meats, cheeses and accoutrements. The Pastry Shop will present 20 different desserts such as spiced rum chocolate domes, sweet potato cheesecake, peach crumble tarts, stone fruit trifle and pumpkin pie. Seatings from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Brunch includes a carving station serving roasted turkey with giblet gravy and orange peel cranberry sauce, blackened prime rib with rosemary au jus, and pit ham with pecan cane syrup. The cold buffet will offer seasonal fruit and cheese, along with assorted breads and Remington’s famous pretzel rolls, and a salad bar including butter lettuce with caramelized apples, golden raisins, toasted walnuts and blue cheese crumbles, along with others to tempt every palate. A selection of holiday entrée accompaniments will be served including: pretzel roll sage stuffing, smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, sweet potato risotto, and steamed green beans with almonds and dried cranberries. A chef’s selection of traditional pumpkin, pecan, and apple pies, cinnamon apple bread pudding with brandied caramel sauce. Serving from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests may enjoy Thanksgiving in a classic clubhouse setting overlooking the famous 18th green of the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course. First course options consist of butternut squash bisque, Caesar salad or an organic mixed salad. For the main course, guests can feast on their choice of a traditional Thanksgiving oven-roasted Diestal turkey, with chestnut stuffing, creamy whipped potatoes and maple glazes yams, citrus & herb salmon, rosemary and garlic roast prime rib or a braised short rib & pappardelle pasta. Sweet selections include pumpkin pie, apple cobbler or pecan pie. Thanksgiving dinner hours are 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The regular dining menu will not be available.

Every year, the Heard invites visitors to sit down for the Harvest Feast, an American Indian-inspired meal for the Thanksgiving holiday. Combining unique Native ingredients with traditional recipes. Beer, wine and cocktails are additional. Reservations required by November 14. Dinner is served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
