Sangria's Lounge at The Scottsdale Resort will have their Tune’s & Tasting St. Paddy’s warm up on Friday, March 14th with these cocktails: Irish Old Fashioned; Irish Buck; Irish Mule; Irish Coffee; Jameson Pickle Backs. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, a sports bar that pays homage to the old public houses of America, England, Scotland and Ireland, is gearing up for its annual Irish Hooley menu. The authentic Irish menu is being offered from February 24 through St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. Dishes being featured on the menu include Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef Hash, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Scotch Eggs, Olde Dublin Irish Stew and a variety of Irish-themed cocktails like The Paddy Bomb and desserts. Each of the five locations will host an Irish-themed party. Tempe, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Peoria.

The luck of the Irish abounds when Murphy's Law celebrates St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday, March 15 from noon until midnight (21+ only after 5 p.m.) at the west side of AJ Chandler Park in downtown Chandler
. There will be live entertainment, traditional Irish food, tons of beer and an abundance of green fun. The annual St. Patrick's Weekend Festival is Friday, March 14th through Monday, March 17th and features
live bag pipers, several live bands, Irish dancers, a special Irish menu and authentic Irish cocktails. The restaurant will also be holding a fundraiser for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation
which helps raise funds and awareness for childhood cancers. Fundraising participants can donate money to the foundation and have their heads shaved in solidarity for the young kids dealing with life-threatening diseases. The fundraising and head shaving will take place at the restaurant on Saturday, March 15 and Sunday, March 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tempe Marketplace
On Saturday, March 15th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Rula Bula starts counting down the 42 days to the 10th Annual Pat’s Run, the Foundation’s signature fundraiser to support Tillman Military Scholars who are carrying forward Pat’s legacy. Stop by Rula Bula beginning March 15th to purchase a 2014 Pints for Pat souvenir glass, the sixth glass in the series. This year, 1,442 limited-edition Guinness pint glasses will be sold exclusively at Rula Bula as well as a 4-pack Legacy Collection featuring glasses from prior years. Each glass is etched with the number 42 and a word that celebrates Pat’s legacy. The word for 2014 will be revealed at this event. The resort’s Executive Chef, Gordon Maybury, is an Irish lad who is celebrating the feast of St. Patrick on Monday, March 17th with his favorite native foods and recipes. He is preparing “Chef Gordon’s Irish Specials 2014” menus for St. Patrick’s Day, served in Frank & Albert’s and Wright’s at The Biltmore. On the special menus are beer and cocktails, traditional dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus popular favorites infused with a wee bit of Celtic culinary influence. There will be a full Irish breakfast in the morning and for lunch and dinner everything from Irish Venison and Veal to Irish Nachos and Brotchan Foltchep, a traditional and delicious leek and oatmeal soup. Frank & Albert’s will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day, and Wright’s at The Biltmore is serving dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Chef Massimo de Francesa presents a St. Patrick's Day prix fixe menu with an Italian spin. On Monday, March 17, 2104 from noon to 9 p.m. a holiday menu will be offered. Appetizer: Potato cabbage and fennel - pork sausage soup served with croutons and olive oil, or Chilled Farm egg salad, with crispy pancetta, capers, peppers and lemon aioli; entrée: crispy potato gnocchi with braised pork belly, basil and irish cheddar fondu, or Italian smoked corned beef panino with onion focaccia, crunchy gardiniera, and fontina; dessert: Double chocolate cake with Guinness served with whipped baileys cream. $30 pls tax and tip per person.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, from March 15-17 JD’s Sport’s Pub & Lounge at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort will offer green beer, Guinness, and other festive drink specialties. Corned Beef and Cabbage, Guinness Stew and Sheperd’s Pie are all under $10. Remington’s will also serve a slow braised Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner and house-made Bailey’s Irish Cream cheesecake as a special dessert on March 15 and 17, 2014.
