Quite a few restaurants in the Greater Phoenix area are open on Christmas Day serving prix fixe special menus, buffet brunches and other variations on specialty dining for this popular holiday. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned, prices mentioned don't include beverages, tax or tip, and may not include dessert. Restaurants typically do not accept coupons or discounts for holiday meals. All dates, times, prices and offerings are subject to change without notice.
In 2013: $39.95 per person
Your choice of Caesar Salad, Mike’s Salad Tossed with Pecans, Goat Cheese, Apples, Cranberries, Wedge Salad, or Crab Bisque or Onion soup. The main course is your choice of Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Demi Glaze or 12oz. of our Linz Heritage Angus Prime Rib Slowly Roasted and Served with au jus, Burgundy Mushrooms, and Creamy Horseradish Sauce. Both entrées come with a choice of Creamed Spinach, Creamed Corn, Sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms, Fresh Asparagus, Sweet Mashed Potatoes, or Mashed Red Skin Potatoes. For dessert, choose from Crème Brule, Peanut Butter Pie, or Raspberry Cheesecake. Served from noon to 8 p.m.
In 2013: $32 for adults, $16 for kids 12 years old and younger, $16 for the wine pairing.
A three-course meal and wine pairing. First course is a choice of wild mushroom bisque with crispy shallots and opal basil or roasted baby beets and Brussels sprouts with Crow’s dairy whipped goat cheese and agave mustard vinaigrette. Second course is a choice of Christmas ham with Saigon cinnamon glaze, herb marinated beef rib-eye with tamarind jus, or grilled salmon with fennel and chestnut salad. Second course is served with: Yukon smashed potatoes with mama’s gravy, citrus zest green beans, and MJ pull-apart rolls with garden herb butter. Third course is a salted caramel and hazelnut truffle tart with sweet cherry ice cream and hazelnut dust. Complimentary three-hour self-parking validation is available. Serving from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A special three-course menu with festive classics like herb roasted beef tenderloin, organic turkey and pan seared Scottish salmon. Handcrafted breads with butter, chili pecans, dried fruit, and El Chorro’s famous sticky buns are served to complement each menu. 11 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
In 2013: $75 per person, $25 for children ages 12 and under, not including tax, gratuity or beverages
A four-course meal. Menu items for this festive holiday feast include Smoked Salmon ‘Benedict’ with Savory French Toast; Wild Mushroom and Truffle Soup with Spot Prawn Ravioli; Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Forbidden Rice, Charred Zucchini and Coconut Lobster Broth; and Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes, Bacon Braised Cabbage and Cherry Garlic Sticky Glaze. Dessert choices include Brandied Eggnog Bread Pudding, and Mini Pumpkin Pies with Chantilly Cream. This restaurant is known for its scenic view! Christmas dinner will be served from noon to 9 p.m.

All four restaurants join together at the resort’s Princess Falls. Southwestern omelet station, maple butternut squash soup, carved Four Peaks-brined turkey, green chile chicken tamales, shrimp and cheese tamales, shrimp and crab cake sliders, smoked salmon, prime rib, seared ahi tuna, chorizo cornbread stuffing, mashed potato bar, roasted vegetables, traditional breakfast favorites, salads, fine cheeses, fresh fruits, aguas frescas and winter desserts including sweet potato cheesecake, cinnamon and honey-roasted fig tarts, pumpkin pie and festive sweets for the kids. In 2013: $55 for adults, $25 for kids ages 6-12 and complimentary for children 5 and younger with the purchase of an adult entree
Christmas in a classic clubhouse setting overlooking the famous 18th green of the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course. First course options consist of butternut squash bisque, Caesar salad or an organic Spring mixed salad. For the main course, guests can choose from of oven-roasted Diestel turkey with chestnut stuffing, creamy whipped potatoes and maple glazes yams, Atlantic salmon, prime rib or braised short ribs with pappardelle pasta. Sweet selections include pumpkin pie, apple cobbler or pecan pie. Christmas dinner hours are 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The regular dining menu will not be available on Christmas.

Served family-style, enjoy bottomless garden greens, entrée platters of rib-eye, whole-roasted chicken and baby back ribs, and a choice of three sides including almondine green beans, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, butter grilled corn on husk, or roasted winter squash medley.
