Phoenix Water Parks

Three Water Parks in Greater Phoenix

The most popular place to be in the Phoenix area during the heat of the summer is definitely a water park. There are three water parks: one in Tempe, one in Mesa  and one in North Phoenix.

While it is not a water park, and not included on this list, another very popular recreation spot for cooling off during the summer in Phoenix is Salt River Tubing. It is generally open from May through September.

We have fantastic resorts in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area, and many of them have really spruced up the pools to make them more exciting, especially for the younger crowd. If you are thinking about saving on the airfare and gas, and combining a family vacation with a local "playcation", then one of these resorts might be just right for your family. Note: in order to enjoy resort facilities you must be staying in a room at the resort.
