There's nothing wrong with getting a great deal, especially when you have kids. There are some terrific choices for restaurants in the Greater Phoenix area where you can go and take advantage of a Kids Eat Free program. Here are the ones I found. A few of them aren't exactly free, but they are pretty close!

Kids Eat Free (or Almost Free) in Greater Phoenix

Burgers, fries, milkshakes. There are various locations in the Valley, and many of them offer a Kids Eat Free deal. They have different offers, however, so you have to call and check on the deal at the one that you're interested in. -
Arizona Pizza
On Monday kids eat free. One child meal from kids menu per paid adult meal. -
Arriba Mexican Grill
New Mexico Cuisine. On Sundays kids eat free from Kids' Menu when accompanied by an adult ordering an entrée. One child per adult. -
Bill Johnson's Big Apple
One child under 1 eats free with a paying adult after 3 p.m. on Wednesdays. Locations in Phoenix, Mesa, Goodyear, Glendale. -
Boston Market
Up to 2 kids, 14 and under, -
Charleston's
American grill, with steaks, ribs, fish, burgers. On Sundays one child per adult ordering an entrée eats free if they choose one of the first 3 items on the Kids' Menu. -
Chase's Diner
Sunday through Thursday, $.99 for each kid accompanied by a paying adult. -
Chevy's Fresh Mex
Kids 12 and under eat free all day Tuesday excluding holidays, one child per regular priced adult entree purchased. Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix. -
Chick-Fil-A
Free kids meal with an adult meal purchase. Nine locations in the Valley. Day of week for Kids Eat Free promotion varies by location. Hours vary, too, but are generally evening only. -
Chinese Gourmet
Chinese Buffet. Every Wednesday after 4 p.m. for each kid 12 and under accompanied by a paying adult. Chandler. 480-821-2481. -
Chompie's
After 4 p.m. on Tuesdays. Each child 10 years old and under gets a free meal from the Kids' Menu when accompanied by a paying adult. -
Cocomo Joe's
Food with a tropical theme: ribs, seafood, salads, burgers. Kids eat free on Sundays. One child (ordering off childrens' menu) per adult ordering an entrée. -
Codfather
English seafood, fish 'n' chips. Kids eat free from Kids' Menu with an adult combo meal purchase on Tuesday evenings. -
Damon's Grill
Ribs, prime rib, steak, chicken, seafood. Features a wall of big-screen TVs with speakers in each booth, so kids choose which program to hear and how loud. On Tuesdays, kids eat free from Kids' Menu with an adult meal purchase, and cartoons grace the tube. -
Denny's
Breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, salads. On Tuesdays and Saturdays 2 kids per adult eat free when they order from the Kids' Menu, drinks and dessert not included. (Not all Denny's participate.) -
Duner's Pizza
Kids 12 and under eat free on Mondays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. They get cheese pizza and a small drink. One child per adult paying for a meal valued at $6 or more. Laveen, Buckeye, Peoria. -
El Torito
Saturdays until 3 p.m. Children under 12. One free kids meal from kids menu for each regular adult entree purchased. Phoenix, Scottsdale.
