Enjoy this unusual recipe for Raspberry Salsa Bean Dip.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 10 oz. can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup white canned corn (drained)
- 1 tsp. cumin (sprinkle on top of corn)
- 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 jar raspberry salsa
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a greased 9 x 9 pan, or other medium-sized casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the above order. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with warm tortilla chips.Recipe reprinted with permission.
