Raspberry Salsa Bean Dip

Enjoy this unusual recipe for Raspberry Salsa Bean Dip.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 10 oz. can black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup white canned corn (drained)
  • 1 tsp. cumin (sprinkle on top of corn)
  • 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese
  • 1 jar raspberry salsa
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a greased 9 x 9 pan, or other medium-sized casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the above order. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with warm tortilla chips.
