The Talking Stick Fine Art & Wine Festival made its debut in November 2011 on the biggest shopping weekend of the year, Thanksgiving weekend. Coordinated by Thunderbird Artists, this is their first collaboration with Salt River Fields on the property owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

If you have been to any other of their art and wine events, like the Carefree Fine Art and Wine Festival or the Arizona Fine Art Expo, you know that you'll find only high quality artists represented here. Does that mean that you have to be wealthy to shop here? No, you don't. While you can certainly spend thousands of dollars if that works for you, you'll also find art pieces priced for less than $100. Whether you are actually shopping for a unique work of art of just browsing to spend some enjoyable time with a companion on a pleasant day, you are welcome to attend the Talking Stick Fine Art & Wine Festival.

Independent artists showcase their own work at the festival and are usually available to discuss their work. Only original works of art are on display and for sale here, covering a multitude of mediums including paintings, drawings, photography, jewelry, ceramics, glass, clay, stone, copper, metal and bronze.
