Where is the Garden?

For the duration of this exhibit, a shuttle service has been put in place that will connect METRO light rail to the garden. You can find it in the parking lot of the retail center at the northeast corner of Priest and Washington. The shuttle will run from the Priest/Washington station and the Garden entrance. The shuttle picks up passengers at the METRO station every half hour, beginning at 9 a.m. The shuttles returning Garden visitors to METRO leave every half hour on the quarter hour (x:15 and x:45). The last shuttle back to METRO is at 6:45 p.m.

How do I get tickets for Chihuly: The Nature of Glass, and how much are they?

Because of the special nature of this exhibit, this is a ticketed event. with three times entry sessions per day: 8 a.m. to noon; noon to 4 p.m.; and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

The admission charge is no different than the regular entry fee to the exhibit. Your ticket allows you access to the entire Desert Botanical Garden. Admission charges are $15 for adults, $13.50 for seniors, $7.50 for ages 12-18 and college students with ID, $5 for children 3-12, and under 3 is free.

Walk-up admission will be allowed on a space available basis only.

Are there any single ticket discounts available?

If you are lucky enough to get admitted as a walk-up, the Desert Botanical Garden will honor the two-for-one discount coupons from the Entertainment Book (Buy Direct). Tip: Your best bet for being admitted without advance ticket purchase is Monday through Thursday.

This is the first installation that Dale Chihuly has done that is totally outdoors. Enjoy the garden, and see if you can find all 31 glass art pieces!
