General Activities Camps

Arizona Academy Color Guard Arizona Camp

The Color Guard Arizona (CGA) program of the Arizona Academy of the Performing Arts offers leadership training and instruction in basic, intermediate and advanced color guard techniques.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale

Various branches and outreach sites, most of which are located in Scottsdale and Northeast Valley neighborhoods.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix

Twelve Boys and Girls Clubs in the central and west area of Phoenix. They offer programs in the arts, sports, life skills, education development, fitness and leadership.

Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley

Several locations in the East Valley, all of which offer a summer day camp during the week. Games, technology programs, arts and crafts, sports and more.

Cactus Day Camp

Two, four, six and eight week options, open to children 3 to 12 years old. Mini Day option for 3 and 4 year olds.

Camp Geronimo

Boy Scout Camp located north of Payson on the Mogollon Rim.

Camp Ponderosa Ranch

Camp programs are targeted to children ages 7 to 12 years of age and teenagers. Many participants are from disadvantaged families and come from very difficult family and community environments. Camp sessions include 5-9 day camps with 7 different programs. Near Heber, Arizona.

Camp Raymond

Boy Scout Camp located 30 miles from downtown Flagstaff. Swimming pool, handicraft ramada, shooting sports, Scoutcraft ramada, C.O.P.E. course.

Camp Theodore Roosevelt

Boy Scout Camp is located east of Payson, along the banks of Christopher Creek. BB gun range and archery range. Camp Theodore Roosevelt/R-C Scout Ranch is the home of the Grand Canyon Council's Cub Scout resident camp.

Camp Wamatochick

Boys and girls ages 8-17, visit Camp Wamatochick, a CampFire USA summer camp. Programs develop independence, respect, confidence, outdoor appreciation, life skills, and friendships.

Camp Zone® Summer Camp

Camelback Desert Schools (Scottsdale Campus). Preschool through 8th grade. Classes may include reading, magic, arts 'n crafts, model building, pom ‘n cheer, soccer, gymnastics, swimming, spanish, science 'n nature, and martial arts.

Camp Zoo

Camp Zoo at the Phoenix Zoo is for students that are entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. Choose from 10 weeks of full day or half day sessions.

Friendly Pines Camp

For kids 6 through 13 held in Arizona's Bradshaw Mountains in Prescott. Equestrian program, challenge program, swimming, photography and other activities.

Golfland Royal Academy

Half day and full day camps. Includes activities centered around weekly themes and use of the Sunsplash waterpark. Meals included.

Heard Scout Pueblo

The Heard Scout Pueblo is a Boy Scout Camp located at 1901 East Dobbins Road in Phoenix. Cub Scouts & Webelos three-day camp experience includes archery, BB Guns, crafts, swimming, games & sports.

Imagine That Summer Camp

Many camps programs to choose from for 3 year olds through elementary school age. Located at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church.

Lake Pleasant Aquatics & Nature Camp

Boy Scout Camp located at the Desert Outdoor Center on the east side of Lake Pleasant twenty miles northwest of the Valley. Watersports, fishing, geology.

Phoenix Children's Academy

Themed adventures and field trips during two week camps.

St. Joseph's Youth Camp

Week-long camp sessions offer kids 8 through 15 lots of activities — such as archery, horseback riding, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, astronomy and arts and crafts — at an all-inclusive rate. St. Joseph's Youth Camp, a non-profit organization based in Tempe, operates the nondenominational camp on 20 acres of tall pines in Northern Arizona.

Summer Camp at Heritage Elementary

Daily activities such as games, arts and crafts and sports, with one academic activity highlighted each day, such as journal entries, science experiments or subject-oriented worksheets. Field trips. ages 4- 12, small groups based on age. Glendale.

Sun Devil Kids Camps

A variety of sports related camps for both boys and girls. Located at ASU. Each camp has a specific theme.

YMCA Camp Sky-Y

Camp Sky-Y offers arts & crafts, ceramics, paintball, rock climbing, photography, mountain biking, day and night hikes, outdoor living skills, dance, swimming, games, sports and morning chapel. Different programs for age groups from 7 - 16.

YMCA Day Camp

Fifteen locations in the greater Phoenix area offer programs and classes for kids and families of all ages.

YMCA Family Camp

Families of all make ups and ages enjoy camping activities with other families. Activities are planned so you can be as busy as you wish. Camp staff will lead activities for your children age 5-8. Big Adventures and Sky-Y Explorers activities are for children age 2-8 and happen in the morning.
