Dan Ballecer, a native of Phoenix, AZ, graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1991 and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994 where he was a Dean's Outstanding Scholar Recipient. Dan worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix for almost three years before opening up his own practice with Natalee Segal in March 1998 (Ballecer & Segal, LLP).

Dan's practices concentrates on the defense of all crimes, felonies and misdemeanors as well as immigration law (family and employment based as well as deportation defense). He is a member of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice as well as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
