Susan Kayler, a practicing attorney for more than twenty years, now works as the Practice Management Manager for the State Bar of Arizona. A former prosecutor, defense attorney and judge, Susan has practiced law as a solo and in a small firm environment. She created the first virtual prosecutor's offices in the State of Arizona, designed a county bar association website and managed a law firm in Arizona and Wisconsin. She has a record of community service including Scottsdale Leadership, the Scottsdale Board of Adjustment and as a judge for the High School Mock Trial Competition. Susan has been a facilitator for the State Bar's Professionalism Course and served on the Editorial Board of Arizona Attorney magazine. Susan's strengths include finding creative solutions to law office management issues, streamlining office procedures and workflow and using technology to enhance the delivery of legal services. Known as an innovator and entrepreneur, she is dedicated to offering members the information and training they need to succeed personally and professionally. Susan manages the Law Office Management Assistance Program and the Member Assistance Program.
