Oh, and here's one more thing that you probably didn't know: the public is invited to visit the Traffic Operations Center. You can arrange to see the Traffic Operations Center first hand, and hear about how it works.

When are the tours?

Tours are offered Monday through Friday.

How long does the tour take?

You'll be at TOC for between 1 and 1-1/2 hours.

Who can attend?

Individuals and groups are welcome to attend. The TOC visit is not recommended for young children. There are no hands-on activities or entertainment. No, you don't get to operate the cameras or call DPS! You'll be observing the TOC from a meeting room. Children who are old enough to be attentive for the duration of the visit, and who might want to ask questions about traffic or roads, make good participants.

All you have to do is call 602-712-6086 to arrange a time for your visit.

How much does the tour cost?

There is no charge for the tour.
