Most people make resolutions for the new year that involve improving relationships, or weight loss, or quitting smoking, or exercising more. Those are great goals, and if any of those are your resolutions for the coming year, I wish you the best on achieving them. As Phoenix area residents, there are some things--easier than those personal goals!--that we can do to make this area, and our awareness of it, even better.

  1. I will slow down when I drive.
